One can of mixed vegetables, like Veg-All, do not drain One small can of chicken (any kind), do not drain Two cans of cream of chicken soup.
Open all cans and dump in pot. Don't drain the liquid off of anything first. Heat up. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve spooned over rice or noodles. Tastes a bit like chicken pot pie without the crust.
Variations: Any kind of canned or frozen veggies can be used if you don't have Veg-All. Sometimes I like to add a small can of mushrooms. If you are out of cream of chicken soup, you can use cream-of-anything else you have! This is also good on top of biscuits or toast if you don't have noodles or rice.
